Auto or Motorcycle Accidents
Auto accidents can cause life-changing injuries. If you have been injured in an accident, you are probably feeling overwhelmed physically and financially. This can also be devastating and stressful to your entire family. Your primary focus should be on recovering from your injuries and returning to a normal life. The legal complications which accompany these matters need to be handled by a legal representative, who will aggressively advocate on your behalf and will make your experience with the legal process professionally streamlined and free from unnecessary and unwanted stress.
Motorcycles, unlike automobiles, leave their drivers completely exposed. Because of this, motorcycle injuries tend to be much more physically devastating than automobile injures, with brain trauma, second or third degree burns and muscle damage being very real possibilities. In turn, the cost of managing these injuries is likely to be higher than automobile accident injuries, which can influence the way insurance companies behave toward claims.
Slip and Fall Injuries
Businesses and property owners alike have a responsibility to those who walk on or around their property to protect them. Specifically, they have a duty to maintain their premises in a safe condition, free of hazards for customers, patrons, and guests. In legal terms, this is known as premises liability. All property owners have this responsibility.
As an experienced and knowledge personal injury attorney, I strongly recommend that you not take a slip-and-fall injury lightly. The damage done to your body may not manifest itself for weeks or even months to come, causing you to miss work and accumulate medical bills. Our firm will work hard to ensure that you achieve fair and just compensation for your past and future medical expenses as well as your past and future lost earnings.
